"Prompt Heating and Air Conditioning owner Ty came immediately from his last job to our home, and arrived within 30 minutes. We came home tonight to a cold house, and since we have a baby, it was important to get a diagnosis quickly. Ty zeroed in on the problem immediately and even had the part we needed on his truck. He fixed everything in about 30 minutes and we had heat again! I am so grateful someone recommended Prompt to me, and I will recommend him to others."
