"Ty came in clutch this time around. Two days  before the holiday week  and my water heater decides to expire.  I called two local plumbers and they both were closed.  Luckily last summer when Ty installed my new furnace he left his contact info on the vent.  I called and he answered right away. Within a half hour he was already at my home troubleshooting the situation.  The next day he installed a new unit and life was back to normal.  He did a very good job, very thorough, and clean.  Will continue to do business with him in the future."
