"Our experience with Prompt was absolutely wonderful! He was willing to come out late to meet our schedule and was so pleasant about it. While he was looking over our air conditioner, he was going through everything with us and explaining what was what. My husband and I found that very refreshing as we often find ourselves confused at what we really ended up paying for. He went through everything step by step and didn't try to oversell on things we didn't need. He fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't empty our pockets. Overall a fantastic experience and we can't wait to call him again for our furnace!"
