Ty is great!!!!! Very fair prices! Was able to install my unit after calling and inquiring a few days prior. I had some concerns after the installation and he came by the very next day free of charge. He is very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend him! I can't say enough great things about my experience."

"Ty was so helpful and prompt when our air conditioner needed repairs! We are new home owners and he made sure to make this difficult situation less stressful on us! He was out to our house the same day that we requested services, and had everything back up and running within a few short hours (during a heat spell as well when I'm sure the company was extremely busy). He was also so friendly throughout the entire process as well as trustworthy and personable! He was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner and knew exactly what we needed! We are definitely recommending Prompt Heating to everyone we know!

We have had great experiences with Prompt Heating and Air Conditioning. The name says it all. They are a company we can trust and would certainly recommend to others. We were without hot water and they came in and fixed our water heater that same day! Extremely nice service and will be using them in the future.

Ty was GREAT! Prompt means prompt. He talked me through everything in a way I could understand, leaving out no details. He gave me tips on money saving maintenance for my AC unit and helpful ideas on how to replace my thermostat. Pricing was MORE than fair in comparison to what I've seen from other places. He knew the issue just my listening to the AC unit, swapped the part and it was back up and running. Ty was on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, I paid him and he was in and out in 30 minutes.

Responded very quickly to a heating emergency where I had no heat in negative temps. Diagnosed the problem immediately, explained it to me, got to work and had it working right away. Even gave me some AC tips for the summer. Will definitely continue to use his service.
