I chose Prompt, because Ty explained to me why my old unit was not working, what he can do to improve my system and gave me a reasonable price. Not and estimate where the price was going to go up due to unforeseen hick ups. I called the large co, and they sent out a sales rep. It really seemed like he was trying to upsell me on their products and hope I would sit down with him to go over options. Man I hate that! I also looked into weekend installers (a friend of a friend that could do it for half the price) sure their price was about $500 less, but it did not come with any guarantees and it was for a lesser unit. Knowing I can trust Ty, and he will stand by his work and products he uses... there was only one easy choice. Prompt Service Heating & AC!! Thanks again Ty"

I opted to replace my 30 yr old furnace and central air unit. He had all of the parts within 1 week and installed both units within a day and half. Ty cleaned everything up like he was never here. Both units are working perfectly. I am very happy with the service that he provided."

"Without having a go-to guy for a furnace repair, I did what everyone does and did a Google search and came across Prompt. I saw how highly rated they are and decided to go with them and it was absolutely the right call. Ty promptly was able to get service scheduled and came out and went above and beyond on my furnace repair at a fair price. He walked me through everything that he was going to do and when he was done with the job he left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Prompt and will be using them for my AC / furnace tune ups going forward and know I can trust them when repairs are necessary again in the future."
