Best experience ever! Called after hours when our furnace went out. Owner answered and right away offered to give me some trouble shooting tips. The information he offered did the trick. Now to me this is true honest customer service. Most businesses would have told us they’d have to come out to see the problem. Instead he gave us a couple things to try and said he’d call us back in a few minutes so we could try his suggestions. Sure enough he definitely knows his stuff and yes he followed up as promised.
This is our 2nd experience with Prompt and we will continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs

Our first time using him was after two other companies told us our 3 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Ty found the faulty parts and replaced them. A few years later now, it's still running just fine. Since then, we've used Ty for maintenance."
