I'm very impressed and appreciative of both Ty and Jack's professionalism, kindness, gratefulness, timeliness, top-notch communication, and honesty when they both came to do maintenance work on my 14-year-old furnace and 25-year-old a/c condenser unit, which resulted in replacing my a/c condenser unit.
Before entering my home for the first time, Ty asked if there were any pets they should be aware of because they would be in and out of the house, so they can make sure no pets dash out the door. I have a dog and kept him in the living room to be out of their way. He got to meet both Ty and Jake and he loved the attention from both of them!
After doing maintenance on my furnace, they said is still in great condition and should perform fine for at least another 10 or so years, which was great to hear!
My a/c condenser unit was always so loud whenever it turned on and even my neighbors pointed it out because it had been a nuisance to them for years prior to me purchasing the home. After Ty and Jack cleaned out my a/c condenser unit, it was much quieter than before!
Prior to calling Prompt Heating & Air Conditioning, I knew I had to replace it eventually, so it was no surprise to me when Ty gave me the results of my a/c condenser unit's performance tests and told me it had been leaking Freon for who knows how long. Ty gave me a lot of suggestions and never pressured me into replacing it. He was very honest about the suggestions and how much they would cost. I said I would think about my options, but to send me an estimate for the a/c condenser unit replacement anyway.
Two days later, my furnace froze because there was not enough Freon in my a/c condenser unit to maintain the temperature. Ty and Jack showed up an hour after I called them to contain the issue and they were very apologetic and professional about it. I agreed to have them replace my a/c condenser unit and they penciled me into their schedule. They came back the next morning to refill the Freon to get me by until my scheduled appointment to replace the a/c condenser unit. Ty estimated it would take about 6 hours to replace my a/c condenser unit, but he was able to do it in 3 hours.
They were very clean and organized every time they stopped by, which I appreciated. My house is cooling much faster with the new a/c condenser unit and my upper floor is staying cool much longer than before.
I'm thankful for the positive experience and highly recommend working with Ty!"

"Prompt Heating and Air Conditioning LLC came through for us when 2 other well known HVAC companies could not, and did so during record breaking low temps in our area, January of 2022. Ty is very professional, courteous, fast and prompt, living up to his company name and reputation. You can tell Ty really values his customers. We had him install a Goodman furnace for a great price, that was much lower than the competition. Our last furnace was also a Goodman, which lasted over 18 years!"
